How to become a member of AISEN
STEP 1:
Schools that are interested in becoming members of AISEN are required to send an email to the administrator via enquiry@aisen.education.
STEP 2:
On receipt of the email the administrator will review the request. If further information is required, this will be requested by email within 5 working days. If the request is in order the school should pay a registration fee of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15, 000) to the AISEN account as directed by the administrator and then send in the evidence of payment by email.
Step 3:
Upon receipt of evidence of payment and confirmation with the bank, a registration form and a list of required documents will be sent by email. These should be completed and returned via email to enquiry@aisen.education
Step 4:
Within 3 working days of receipt of documents they will be forwarded to the Quality and Professional Standards Group for review.
Step 5:
The QPS will do one of three options:
- Reject application – a letter will be sent to the school advising of the reason for the rejection of the application.
- Request further information – the administrator will contact the school for additional information/documentation which will be forwarded to the Chair of QPS.
- Recommend an inspection – the administrator will contact the school to make arrangements for an inspection of the school facilities and documentation. Further details can be found in the document Membership Inspection which will be sent to school. Following the inspection, the report will be sent to the Chair of QPS and a recommendation will be made.
- Recommend the school for membership of AISEN – the recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of Trustees for review at their termly meeting.
Step 6:
An offer letter or rejection letter will be sent to the school.
Step 7:
Principal/Head of accepted schools will pay the required joining fees and annual dues.
Step 8:
Principal/Head of accepted schools must attend an induction before admission is confirmed.
Step 9:
Principal/Head of accepted schools will be introduced to other Heads of Schools at the Principals’ meeting.
