AISEN provides its members with quality training and acts as a platform for professional educators to share best practice. It is interested in professional conduct and education in member schools.

The group is made up of principal of member schools who monitor and maintain the standard of its member schools.

The group enjoys wide participation and its members are committed to driving the standard and ethos of the Association.

They also ensure that international standard is upheld. This is done through visits to schools every 5 years and short seminars on teachers’ standards. The group is also responsible for admitting new members into the Association.

They are responsible for following the standard procedure whereby new schools are assessed to ensure they meet the set standards of AISEN schools.
